Morgan was born and raised in Woodward and graduated from Woodward High School in 2000. She pursued her Bachelor of Science in Nursing Degree from the University of Oklahoma graduating in 2004. She has dedicated the last 15 years of her career working at the hospital here in Woodward, where she has worked in many areas and held numerous positions. She has obtained her chemotherapy IV certification and has been IV PICC line certified for 9 years. Morgan is happily married to Gerald Newby and has an 18 year old daughter named Peyton.
