For new clients you will need to fill out new client paperwork that includes a health history. Certain health conditions and medications will be reviewed with the physician,
Consultation
All appointments begin with a consultation to discuss your wants and concerns. Each issue will be addressed and an individual treatment plan will be discussed with the physician. All consultations are FREE of charge.
Procedures
All procedures preformed at the office are minimally invasive. We make sure that every client is comfortable so that little to no discomfort is felt.
Consultations and procedures can & often are preformed on the same day. If you are wanting to do both please let us know at scheduling to allow enough time for your appointment.
