New patients & Appointment Booking
Delivering the best service to you is our priority, and that's why we have a cancellation policy in place that we kindly ask for your cooperation with. To secure your new patient appointment, a deposit fee of $50 is required, which will be applied to your service or treatment. All established patients we kindly ask you keep a credit card on file.
Cancelations & Reschedules
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment you must call or text at least 24 business hours before your appointment and your deposit will either be refunded or pushed for a future appointment. However, providing less than 24 hours notice have to pay a $25 late cancellation/reschedule fee. Messages to social media pages will not be accepted. Excessive cancelations and late reschedules may result in dismissal from the practice. All fees must be paid prior to re-booking.
Late Arrival
We've set aside dedicated time for your appointment, so please arrive 5 to 10 minutes early. If you're more than 15 minutes late, we might need to reschedule, and a fee will still apply. Your punctuality is greatly appreciated for scheduled appointment time.
No-Show Policy
You will be considered a no-show if you miss your scheduled appointment without providing any prior notice or arriving excessively late beyond the grace period. Your deposit will be forfeited If you’re a new patient and a $50 fee for established patients. Excessive no shows may result in dismissal from the practice.
Emergency Situations
Allow for exceptions in case of genuine emergencies or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, the cancellation or no-show fees might be waived, showing understanding and compassion towards the patient’s situation.
Service Refund Policy
All services provided are non-refundable. Aesthetic outcomes can vary from person to person, and while we strive to deliver the best possible results, individual results cannot be guaranteed. Any additional treatments required to reach desired outcomes are the responsibility of the patient.
Retail Policy
All product sales are final. In the case of a defective item, an exchange for the same product may be made within 7 days of purchase.
Gift Card Policy
Gift card purchases are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash.
Advance Purchase Policy
Prepaid services are valid for one year from the date of purchase. If you are determined to be ineligible for a service you have pre-purchased, a store credit will be issued for the amount paid. Refunds will not be provided for any pre-purchased services. Any unused prepaid services will be forfeited after one year from the original purchase date.
Giveaway Winners
Any service or product that is won during a promotional giveaway or event must be claimed or used within 6 months and can not be gifted to another individual. If not used within alloted time frame it will be forfeited.
Animal Policy
While we are happy to accommodate service animals in accordance with the law, we kindly ask that all other pets be left at home during your visit. For the safety, comfort, and health of all patients and staff, non-service animals are not permitted in our facility. If you arrive with a pet that is not a qualified service animal, you will be asked to return without the animal. We appreciate your understanding and respect for our healthcare environment.
Children in the Office
To maintain a safe and relaxing environment for all clients, we kindly request that small children not be brought to appointments. Our facility is not equipped to ensure their safety during treatments, and we strive to create a calm space for all guests to enjoy. Thank you for your understanding.

Services & Medical Disclaimer
All services at BeautyRx Oklahoma are performed by appropriately licensed professionals under the supervision of our medical director. Results may vary, and no guarantees are made as to outcome. Clients are responsible for disclosing medical history, allergies, prescriptions, or other pertinent health information to ensure safe and appropriate treatment.
Appointments, Cancellation & No‑Show Policies
Appointments can be scheduled online, by phone, or in person. To avoid cancellation fees, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance; otherwise, a fee may apply. If you are late, your appointment may be shortened or rescheduled without a refund—depending on availability.
Payment, Refunds & Packages
Payment is due at the time of service unless arrangements are made in advance. Services rendered are non-refundable. For multi‑session packages, any unused sessions may be eligible for prorated credit, based on specific package terms.

Liability, Changes
We provide services “as is” without warranties. We will not be liable for indirect, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time; changes become effective upon posting.
Legal Terms
These Terms are governed by the laws of Oklahoma. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in courts located within Oklahoma. If any provision is deemed invalid, the remainder of these Terms will remain in force.
